What Our Facility Offers
The care, comfort, & safety for your horse(s) is our number one priority. We care for them as if they were our own. Additionally, we strive to provide immaculate facilities for both horse & rider. We are continuously updating/adding amenities to our facility to create a most enjoyable experience for our clients.
Consider coming out for a tour of our peaceful slice of heaven in the valley! We pride ourselves on a fun, safe & supportive atmosphere for all!

Twenty-Four stalls for your horse(s), consisting of:
-Large, well lit box stalls
(Each stall is equipped with electrical outlets, & blanket bars)
-2 or 3 water buckets (depending on need/preference)
-Option for heated buckets in colder months (owner provides)
-Self care boarding options available
-Haul-ins/arena rentals welcome for a day fee (per horse)
-Windows in stalls w/ the options of fans added for warmer months (barn safe fans only, provided by owner)
Riding Amenities:
-180' x 80' Well lit, bright Indoor Arena, with sand footing (Attached to barn)
-200' x 100' Outdoor Arena, with sand footing
-Jumps, barrels & poles available for use
-Access to miles of scenic trails on the property, with jumps
-Arenas are groomed at least 3x a week, if not daily
-Boarders have the option to bring in outside trainers (ring fee required)
-Haul-ins/arena use welcome with proof of rabies/vaccines/coggins dated within the year (haul in fees apply per horse)
Turnout Amenities:
-All day/night turnout (weather/season dependent)
-Turnouts cleaned & inspected weekly or as needed
-Large grass pastures w/ run-ins (supplemented w/ free choice hay if needed)
-Dry lots (supplemented w/ free choice hay) - all with frost free waterers, lights & electric outlets
-Four strand hot coat electric fencing in all turnouts
General Amenities:
-60 acre farm
-Owners on-site
-Night Check
-Large heated/air conditioned tack room, with locking doors for the safety of your valuables
-Surveillance system around/in barn for safety purposes
-Large tack spaces with saddle & bridle racks
-Large heated/air conditioned lounge with couches, microwave, coffee maker & fridge access
-Wash Rack with hot & cold water (year round)
-Viewing patios for both indoor & outdoor arenas
-Ample storage for items/equipment not in use
-Picnic tables located around the outdoor & property
-Washer & Dryer access for boarders
-Large heated/air conditioned bathroom with hot and cold water (year round)
-Large heated/air conditioned feed room for proper feed/supplement storage requirements
- Three large & bright grooming bays
Feeding/General Care:
-Highest quality free choice hay & grain fed based on your horses needs
